Provider
Call Trin is provided by ILO APPLICATIONS SL, a Spain-based company. These terms apply when you create an account, use Trin, forward calls, or subscribe to a paid plan.
Service
Trin is an AI personal assistant for forwarded calls, private voice conversations, memory, summaries, follow-up workflows, and owner-authorized outbound calls. Trin can make mistakes, so you remain responsible for reviewing outputs, configured instructions, caller disclosures, phone forwarding settings, outbound call permissions, and follow-up sent from your account.
Lawful use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not use it for spam, harassment, unlawful surveillance, deception, impersonation, or sensitive personal data unless you have a valid legal basis and safeguards. You are responsible for informing callers and obtaining consent where recording, transcription, AI answering, or telecommunications rules require it.
AI boundaries
Trin must disclose that she is an AI assistant and must not pretend to be human. The service is not for emergencies and is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice. Do not configure Trin to make binding commitments unless you have explicitly authorized that workflow and can lawfully rely on it.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed according to the plan selected at checkout. Plan limits, included minutes, phone numbers, and features may vary by plan. You can cancel future renewals from account or billing settings, while fees already incurred may remain payable unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service reliable, but availability can be affected by maintenance, deployments, third-party phone, AI, payment, hosting, or network providers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those required by applicable law.
